Committee might have sat. The routine duties of our respective offices would not permit of morning

meetings.

3. We will now proceed to deal with the cases presented to us under the Sections of the Report

involved. Some of the se have for various reasons

been treated as urgent and approved by Government ad interim, subject in certain cases to the approval

of the Secretary of State. These are marked with
